- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I just moved to Wilmington from Pittsburgh, and my Dad recommended that I go to this DMV instead. I am so glad he did! I'd never had a good experience with registering a vehicle, until I went to this location. There was no line, and the registrar patiently explained everything I needed and all the steps to take. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Believe it or Not Customers waiting for hours in Jacksonville Recommended My wife and I go to this branch over waiting were we live in Jacksonville and after waiting forever we walked out and went the next day to Hampstead and boy I'm glad we did ! We just moved to NC and could not believe this what you have to do to get legal but Mr Stewart at this branchanged our minds in 10 minutes registering 3 out of state cars ! Well worth the drive for 25 minutes in air conditioning over waiting 2.5 in Jacksonville with 50 plus people sweating and crabbing ! Going back in 4 days to do our boat !By Thomas Cairo, May 17, 2017
