- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went there the other day to mail a package, and Donna, an older clerk who works there refused to mail it for me. Citing some dimensions regulations and that I could not mail it with the prepaid postage I purchased on Ebay. I let her know that I've mailed plenty (hundreds) of the same size packages already from her post office and other different ones around the area, and never had a problem and no package has ever been returned to me for incorrect postage. She stuck to her story and refused to mail the package, absolutely rude!!! What a lack of customer service skills, and this is not the first time she was rude while I've been there. Seems to me that this lady is abusing her position by deciding when to mail and not mail something for someone, because the following day my husband stopped at the same post office and another clerk who was there, mailed the same type of package for him with no problems.By Ber M, July 20, 2017
